The collected data will be processed discreetly. Stratt+ works with the online recruitment system ‘Yellow Yard’ where your data will be registered and saved securely.
Stratt+ always works in compliance with the current European laws. Due to the GDPR every company is obliged to set a clear set of rules in regards to collecting and processing personal information.
All the data we collect is related to our services. If we approach you for a contract we will need to share certain personal information with our clients. This applies to freelancers, candidates, recruitment and payroll. That is why we will collect information about your employability, development and other data required for the finalisation of your contract.

Firstly, your information will be processed by the commercial department (contact with the candidate or client), subsequently send to HR (processing contracts and files, performing absence reports etc) and finally send to the payroll administration department (monthly salary and processing of invoices).

Are you self-employed?
In case you are self-employed, we will ask for your company information, including a recent Chamber of Commerce extract. All the data will be collected in physical and digital dossiers. Only the HR and management board will have access to the database, making sure your data is stored safely.
For our clients, we need the name and address of your company, as well as the name and address of a contact person within the company. Furthermore, we need additional data regarding billing.
With regards to hiring third parties, we will collect financial data including a valid NEN and G account statement. This data will be stored carefully and can only be accessed by the HR, management board and the finance department.

Stratt+ complies with the applicable laws regarding data storage and fiscal storage terms. If you have registered, without having been employed through us, we can store your information for a maximum of 2 years. After this period we will ask you to update us on your career. If you wish to remain registered, please contact us so we can process your request.
If you are employed via Stratt+ or have been employed via us we can store your information for a longer term, this because certain (fiscal) data has a retention period of 5 years.
In case you start working for a governmental agency we must put you through a screening. In this case, we will have to collect certain data. You will be required to fill in some forms which we in turn, will send to the relevant institution.
In case we receive a claim from a collection agency we are obliged by law to pass on your information. This includes confidentiality agreements from clients. Stratt+ is also required to process your data in the external absence system in case of illness. We are also allowed to pass on certain data to our clients if you accepted a contract via Stratt+.
You have the right to request information about your data which we have collected. You can contact Stratt+ and we will send the information to you by e-mail.
In case Stratt+ automatically processes your information with your permission or based on a contract, you have the right to request a copy. This only applies to the personal information you provided.
You have the right to request the removal of your personal information processed by Stratt+.
Just contact one of our employees and your information will be deleted. You will not be approached by Stratt+ about new contracts anymore. Certain data will remain available due to legal storage periods if you have worked via Stratt+.

If you visit one of our offices you will have the option to use our WIFI-network. The network will need data from your device (MAC address) in order to connect. Stratt+ does not have access to this information. The information provided will only be used by the device to allow you to use the WIFI network during your next visit.
Stratt+ thinks that the safety of your personal information is a top priority. That is why only authorized employees (HR and the management board) have access to this data. This applies to the data for both clients as well as candidates.
The physical locations of Stratt+ are well equipped with alarm systems. Only authorized personnel owns a registered access key. Your physical dossier is locked in a safe and can only be accessed by the HR and the management board.
Stratt+ uses the online recruitment system Yellow Yard. Your digital data will be processed and stored in this database. Stratt+ has a processing agreement with Yellow Yard.
Our employees use Yellow Yard via a secured connection and authorized access. The Yellow Yard application is physically located at a sub-processor and hosting partner. The Dutch partner has taken suitable physical and digital measures to prevent unauthorized access.
Cookies are small files which save your preferences when using the internet. There are different kinds of cookies: some cookies save usernames and passwords or register websites you visit to make an estimation of your preferences. This information will be used by advertisers to select commercials relevant for you. There are also cookies to collect statistics of your browsing behaviour, such as which pages you visit, the duration of your visit and which browser you used.
The website of Stratt+ uses cookies for statistic purposes, to improve the compatibility between the website and social media and to display YouTube videos on our website. Our cookies do not register any personal data such as you name, age or address.
No content on our website can be used or copied without written and prior authorization of Stratt+ other than downloading, watching on a single computer and/or printing a single hardcopy for personal, non commercial use.
