You combine excellent technical insight with leadership qualities. You ensure that the work during (industrial) construction projects runs smoothly. In addition, you also play the role of intermediary between the client and executing parties.

Job responsibilities
You manage various project teams and ensure that all team members can do their job properly. For this purpose, you provide a clear planning and ensure that the necessary materials and utilities are available on location. You are always motivated to find the most efficient solutions for problems you encounter. Furthermore, you are responsible for:
- Initiating (progress) meetings;
- Monitoring the quality of the work performed;
- Drafting reports;
- Overall safety in the work place.
Job requirements
- Mbo level 4 degree (post-secondary vocational college) or hbo degree (university for applied sciences) in a relevant field, such as Mechanical Engineering;
- At least five years of relevant work experience;
- VOL-VCA (Safety for Operational Supervisors) certificate or the willingness to obtain this;
- Good communication skills, both in Dutch and English;
- You are familiar with applicable laws and regulations (including those related to HSE/VGWM).
